For a variety of personal reasons, we needed to sell our home in Milford, Ohio as quickly as possible. Our home needed a lot of updating & repair, and we did not have the time or funds to put in to it to try and list it for sale. We contacted The Kind Home Buyer, as they advertised buying homes in “as is” condition and had good reviews. Josh came and met with us. Once we had an agreed purchase price & timeline to vacate the property, a contract was provided. Josh followed up with us weekly until closing to make sure everything was going okay with moving preparations. He was always professional and responded to texts and emails in a timely manner. We were in our home for almost 35 years, so we accumulated A LOT of stuff. One of the appealing selling points in using the Kind Home Buyer is that they will take care of purging anything you don’t want to take with you. This took a HUGE burden off of our move. In summary, The Kind Home Buyer lived up to their name. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly.

Called the number and Josh was very helpful and listened to our situation and stated he was able to assist us. . Kind home buyers was even able to give us a significant advance on the agreed price. In August 2025, I began the process of looking into selling my home.
